2+ \frac{14}{3} ⋅+6=4 \\  =  > 2+ \frac{14}{3}x +6=4 \\  =  > 2x +  \frac{14}{3}x = 4 - 6 \\  =  > 2x +  \frac{14}{3}x =  - 2 \\  =  >  \frac{6x + 14x}{3} =  - 2 \\  =  >  \frac{20x}{3}  =  - 2 \\  =  > 20x =  - 2 \times 3 \\  =   > x =  \frac{ - 6}{20}  \\  =  > x =  \frac{ - 3}{10}

Therefore, The answer is -3/10
