\huge{\underline{\underline{\mathfrak{Answer}}}}

 =  > 2 {x}^{2}  - 17xy + 26 {y}^{2}

 =  > 2 {x}^{2}  - 4xy - 13xy + 26 {y}^{2}

 =  > 2x(x - 2y) - 13y(x - 2y)

 =  > (x - 2y)(2x - 13y)

It will be done by splitting the middle term.
