   2x + 3 | 2x^3 + x^2 -5x -2 | x^2 - 2x

                2x^3 +3x^2                                     [change signs]

                          -2x^2 -5xr

                        -2x^2- 6x                                [change signs]

                                   x -2

q(x) =x^{2} -2x

r(x) = x-2
