 \frac{2x}{3}  + 1 =  \frac{7x}{15}  + 3 \\  \\  \frac{2x + 3}{3}  =  \frac{7x + 45}{15}  \\  \\  30x + 45 = 21x +135 \\  \\ 30x - 21x = 135 - 45 \\  \\ 8x = 90 \\  \\ x =  \frac{90}{8}  \\  \\ x =  \frac{45}{4}  \\  \\  x = 11.25
