(2x - 3)(2x + 3)

there \:  \: is \:  \: a \:  \: formula

(a + b)(a - b) = (a) ^{2}  -( b)^{2}

so \:

(2x) ^{2}  - (3) ^{2}

ans \:  \:  = 4x ^{2}  - 9

(a-b)(a+b) = a^2-b^2

(2x-3)(2x+3) = 2x^2 - 3^2

= 2x^2-9
