The question is :-

(2x - 3)(3x + 2) \\

using the formula :-

(x + a)(x + b)  =  {x}^{2}  + (a + b)x + ab \\

the solution is :-

(2x - 3)(3x - 2) \\ 2x(3x - 2) - 3(3x - 2) \\ 6 {x}^{2}  - 4x - 9x + 6 \\ 6 {x}^{2}  - 13x + 6 \\

The Answer is :-

6 {x}^{2}  - 13x + 6
