( 2x + 3 ) (3x -7) = 0

2x + 3 = 0 or 3x - 7 = 0

x = -3/2 or x = 7/3

(2x + 3)(3x -7)

6x.x -14x +9x -21

6x.x -5x -21 = 0

product should be 126 and the sum should be -5.

p=9 . 14 and s =-14 +9

6x.x +9x -14x -21=0

3x(2x + 3) -7(2x + 3)=0

(3x-7)(2x +3)= 0

3x -7 =0

x =7/3

2x +3 = 0

x = -3/2(ans)
