 = 2x(3 {x}^{2}  - 4x + 3) - 3( {x}^{2}  - 4x + 3 \\  = 6 {x}^{3}  - 8 {x}^{2}  + 6x - 9 {x}^{2}   + 12x - 9 \\ =  6 { {x}^{3} } - 17 {x}^{2}  + 18x - 9
