(4x+9y)/ 6 = 5                  = 16x^2 + 81 y^2 /36    

4x+9y= 30                         = 468/36

(4x +9y)^2 = 900                  = 13

16x^2 + 72xy + 81y^2= 900

16x^2 + 81y^2 = 900-72*6

                       = 900- 432

                       = 468
