 \frac{2x}{3}  - 4 =  \frac{x}{5}  + 10 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{2x - 4}{3}  =  \frac{x + 10}{5}  \\  \\  =  > 10x - 20 = 3x + 30 \:  \:  \:  \:  \: [cross \: multiplication] \\  \\  =  > 10x - 3x = 30 + 20 \\  \\  =  > 7x = 50 \\  \\  =  > x =  \frac{50}{7}
