 \frac{2x - 3}{4x + 3}  =  \frac{3x + 2}{7x + 18}  \\  \\ (3x + 2)(4x + 3) = (2x - 3)(7x + 18) \\  \\  {12x}^{2}  + 9 +  {8x}^{2}  + 6 =   {14x}^{2}  + 36 - 21x - 54 \\ \\ 27x =  - 33 \\   \\ x =  \frac{27}{ - 33}   \\  \\ x = \frac{ - 11}{7}
