Answer :

\large \bf \implies \sf \boxed{x=-\frac{3}{11}}

Solution :

To solve :

 \: \: \: \: \: \large \bf \frac{2x}{3x+1}=-3

Cross multiply

\large \sf \implies 2x=-3(3x+1) \\ \\ \large \implies \sf 2x= -9x-3

Adding 9x both the sides

  \large \implies \sf 2x + 9x = \cancel{-9x}-3+ \cancel{9x}

Add like terms

  \large \implies \sf 11x = -3

Dividing both sides by 11

  \large \implies \sf \frac{\cancel{11}x}{\cancel{11}} = \frac{-3}{11}

So,

\large \implies \sf \boxed{x=-\frac{3}{11}}

Hence,

\large \bf \implies  \color{violet}{x=-\frac{3}{11}}
