since you didn't said what to solve, so I am telling you max. possible things related to it.

the equation can be written as

4x⁶ +3x²+19

  • discriminant (∆)= - 118953767337984
  • domain =R
  • range = y≥19
  • it is an even function
  • differentiation is 6(4x⁵+x)
  • integration is 4x⁷/7 +x³ +19 x+ constant
  • global minimum is 19 at x=0
  • it's graph is like a parabola but not exactly

if you are asking for roots of the equation ,for your information it has complex roots,

one is :

x =  - i \sqrt{ \frac{1}{2}( \frac{1}{ \sqrt[3]{ \sqrt{362} - 19 } })  -  \sqrt[3]{ \sqrt{362} - 19 }  }

and for other root replace -i by i

I hope it helps you.
