Answer :

x = 0 , y = 0

Solution :

Here ,

The given equations are ;

√2x + √3y = 0 -------(1)

√3x - √2y = 0 -------(2)

Now ,

Multiplying eq-(1) by √2 , we get ;

=> √2•(√2x + √3y) = √2•0

=> 2x + √6y = 0 ---------(3)

Now ,

Multiplying eq-(2) by √3 , we get ;

=> √3•(√3x - √2y) = √3•0

=> 3x - √6y = 0 ----------(4)

Now ,

Adding eq-(3) and (4) , we get ;

=> 2x + √6y + 3x - √6y = 0 + 0

=> 5x = 0

=> x = 0/5

=> x = 0

Now ,

Putting x = 0 in eq-(1) , we get ;

=> √2x + √3y = 0

=> √2•0 + √3y = 0

=> 0 + √3y = 0

=> √3y = 0

=> y = 0/√3

=> y = 0

Hence ,

x = 0 , y = 0
