write it in this way:-

2x+3y-10=0

y=5-3/2x

solution:- solve it using equating coefficient;

now put the value of 10 on the right hand side so the value will be -

2x+3y = 10

now solve it using the method equating coefficient

2 x + 3 y = 10

2 x + y =2

( because 2x and 2x got cancelled the value will be 2y = 8)

and now y = 8/2 gives 4

So y = 4

Now let's find the value of x;

2 x + y = 2(put the value of y)

2x+4=2

2x = 2-4

2x = -2

x = -2/2 = - 1

Finally the value of

x = -1

y = 4

Hope it helps you ...
