2x-3y = -10 ....(1)
3x+3y = 0 ....(2)

By solving (1) and (2) we get,

5x = -10
x = -10/5

x = -2

sub, x = -2 in (1)

2(-2)-3y = -10
-4-3y = -10
-3y = -10+4
-3y = -6
y = -6/-3

y = 2
