2x=12+3y
x=12+3y÷2
now we will put this value in second equation
x+3y=6
12+3y÷2+3y=6

12+6y=12
6y=12-12
6y=0
y=0÷6
y=0
now again put this value in 2 equation

x+3×0=6
x+0=6
x=6-0
