2x+3y=13            -( 1 )

xy=6

=>x=6/y               -(2)

Eq 1 in 2

2(6/y) + 3y =13

12/y +3y =13

12 + 3y^{2} = 13y

3y^{2} -13y +12=0

=> y = 3

As xy=6

x=2

hence 4x^{2} + 9y^{2} =4(4) +9(9) = 16+81 = 97
