hey here is your answer

2(2x+3y=17)
4x+6y=34__________1

3(3x-2y=6)
9x-6y=18__________2

now added the equation 1st and 2nd

then

13x = 53

X = 53/13 = 4

now put the value of X=4 for y

2X+3Y = 17
2(4)+3y=17
3y=17-8 = 9
Y =9/3 = 3

hence your answer is "X=4" and "Y=3"

I think my answer is capable to clear your confusion
