  • As per the data given in the question, we have to find the value of the expression.

        Given data:- (2 x+3 y)(2 x-3 y).

        To find:- Value of given expression=?

        Solution:-

  • Multiplication is denoted by the symbol (x).
  • Multiplication is a method to get the product by multiplying two or more values.
  • There are six properties of multiplication is given below:-
  1. Closure property of multiplication.
  2. Commutative property of multiplication.
  3. Associative property of multiplication.
  4. Distributive property of multiplication over addition.
  5. Identity property of multiplication.
  6. Zero property of multiplication.

         \Rightarrow (2 x+3 y)(2 x-3 y) \\\Rightarrow 2 x(2 x-3 y)+3 y(2 x-3 y)\\\Rightarrow 4 x^{2}-6 x y+3 y(2 x-3 y) \\\Rightarrow 4 x^{2}-6 x y+6 x y-9 y^{2}\\\Rightarrow 4x^{2} -9y^{2}.

      Hence we will get the value 4x^{2} -9y^{2} .

Given: The equation is(2 x+3 y)(2 x-3 y).

We have to solve the above equation.

By using the multiplication property, we are solving the above equation

As we know that the multiplication is a method to get the product by multiplying two or more values.

Multiplication is denoted by the symbol(x).

There are some properties of multiplication is given below:-

  • Closure property of multiplication
  • Commutative property of multiplication
  • Associative property of multiplication
  • Distributive property of multiplication over addition

We are solving in the following way:

We have,

The equation is(2 x+3 y)(2 x-3 y)

\begin{array}{l}\Rightarrow(2 x+3 y)(2 x-3 y) \\\Rightarrow 2 x(2 x-3 y)+3 y(2 x-3 y) \\\Rightarrow 4 x^{2}-6 x y+3 y(2 x-3 y) \\\Rightarrow 4 x^{2}-6 x y+6 x y-9 y^{2} \\\Rightarrow 4 x^{2}-9 y^{2} .\end{array}

Hence, the solution of the equation is\begin{array}{l} 4 x^{2}-9 y^{2} .\end{array}
