here we use elimination method ,
2x + 3y = 32 ----------(1)
2x = 32 - 3y
x = ( 32- 3y)/2

now put x = ( 32 - 3y)/2 in equation (2)

e.g 11y - 9( 32 -3y)/2 = 23

22y - 288 + 27y = 46

49y = 288 +46 = 334

y = 334/49

put y = 334/49 in x = ( 32 - 3y)/2

x = ( 32 - 3× 334/49)/2

= ( 32 - 1002/49)/2

= ( 1568 -1002)/98

= ( 566)/98

hence, x = 334/49 and y = 566/98

hey dear ,

=) 2x + 3y = 32 -----------(1)

=) 11y - 9x = 23 ---------(2)

multiplying eqn (1) by 9 and eqn (2) by 2 and add them.

18x + 27y = 288

22y - 18x = 46

=). 49y + 0 = 334

=). y = 334/49 =6.81

put value of y in equation (1)

=) 2x + 3(6.81) =32

=) 2x = 32 - 20.43

=) 2x = 11.57

=) x = 11.57/2 =5.78

so value of x = 5.78

==) y = 6.81
