Hey !!

Here is your answer

2x - 3y = 4 .........(1)

7x - 3y = 9 ..........(2)

Substract the equation (1) from (2)

7x - 3y = 9

2x - 3y = 7

(-). (+). (-)

5x = 2

x = 2/5

and

y = (2x - 4 )/3

y = [2(2/5) - 4)]/3

y = {(4/5 - 4)}/3

y = 3(16 - 5)/4

y = 11(3)/4

y = 33/4

I hope it will help you

✌️☺️

Subtracting equation (1) and (2)
2x-3y=4
7x-3y=9
(-) (+) (-)
_________
-5x =-5

-5x = -5
5x = 5
x = 5/5
x= 1
Substitute the value of x in equation (1)
2x-3y=4
2(1)-3y=4
2-3y=4
-3y=4-2
-3y=2
3y=-2
y=-2/3
(1,2/3) is the solution of given simultaneous equation
