in my method for solving the equation,
2x+3y=-4
kx-6y=8
a1/a2=b1/b2=c1/c2
Take two equation,
a1/a2=b1/b2
putting the value that following,
2/k=3/6
3k=-6*2
k=-12/3
k=-4
that's all.....
