2x + 3y = 492, find the value of (x + y)​

 =  > 2x + 3y = 492

Now solving this equation :-

 =  > 2x + 3y = 492

 =  > 2x \:  + y =  \frac{492}{3}

 =  > 2x   + y= 164

 =  > x + y =  \frac{164}{2}

 =  > x + y = 82

hence \: the \: value \: of \:  \:  x  + y \:  \: \: is \: 82
