2x+3y-5=0
2x-5=-3y

Kx-6y-8=0
Kx-6y=8
-6y=8-Kx
dividing this equation by 2, we will get
-3y=4-(Kx/2)

comparing both the equations
4-Kx/2 = 2x-5
(8-Kx/2) = 2x-5
8-Kx = 4x-10
18=4x+Kx
18=x(4+K)
x=18/(4+K)
