2x  - 3y + 6 = 0

x =  \frac{ - 6 + 3y}{2}

now put the value of x in next equation:-

2x + 3y  - 18 = 0

2 (\frac{ - 6 + 3y}{2} ) + 3y - 18 = 0

 \frac{ - 12 + 6y + 6y - 36}{2}  = 0

 - 12 + 12y = 36

12y = 48

y = 4

now put value of y in above equation:-

x =  \frac{ - 6 + 3y}{2}  =  \frac{ - 6 + 3 \times 4}{2}  =  \frac{6}{2}  = 3

hence,X=3 & Y=4
