Solution:

It is given that ,

(2 x+3 y+8)²+(4 x-6 y+4)²=0

You must keep in mind , if → a² + b²=0, then a=0 and b=0.

So,1. 2 x + 3 y + 8=0

2. 4 x - 6 y + 4=0

Dividing equation 2, by 2 we get

2 x -  3 y + 2=0

Which gives, →→ 2 x - 3 y = -2-------(2)

→→ 2 x + 3 y = - 8--------(1)

Adding (1) and (2)

4 x = - 10

→x=

    \frac{-10}{4}\\\\ =\frac{-5}{2}

Putting the value of x in (1), we get

- 5 + 3 y= -8

3 y= -3

y= -1

So, x =   \frac{-5}{2} and , y= -1 is the solution of (2 x+3 y+8)²+(4 x-6 y+4)²=0
