Given:-

2x+3y=9 ..(1)

4x+6y=18 ..(2)

From equation (1)

x=\frac{9-3y}{2}29−3y ..(3)

Substituting equation (3) in equation (2)

4\frac{(9-3y)}{2}2(9−3y) +6y=18

2(9-3y)+6y=18

18-6y+6y=18

18=18

The given equation will have infinitely many solutions.
