2x-3y-2x+y =13-9
2x-2x - 3y+y =4
2y=4
Y=2
X=0

Here is your answer.
By Substitution Method:-
2x - 3y =9 ------1
2x + y =13 ------2
On subtracting 2 from 1 , we get
2x-3y=9
2x+y =13
- - -
----------------
-4y= -4
y = 1 -------3
Putting 3 in 2 , we get
2x+y = 13
2x + 1= 13
2x = 13-1
2x = 12
x = 6
