Do it yourself.

I am going to tell you how to do this by an example.

Consider.

X + Y = 2. (1)

X - Y = 1. (2)

From (1) eqn

X = 2-Y

Putting value of X in eqn (2)

2 - Y - Y = 1

-2Y = 1-2

2Y= 1

Y = 1/2

It is easiest question, you can do that.
