2x+3y=9    3x+4y=5   system of equations by using the method of substitution.

jyotigrover: write the full solution.............
Anonymous: 3x+4y=5----------equ 2... y=(9- 2x)/3..frm equ 1.....subsitute the value of y in equ 2 .... we get 3x+4(9-2x)/3=5......on solving x=-21
Anonymous: 3x+4(9-2x)/3=5 tk clear hua
jyotigrover: hmmm.....
Anonymous: uske baad equ banegi [(9x+36-8x)/3]=5............[(x+36)/3]=5.......x+36=15 ....at last .....x=-21
jyotigrover: 9x kaise aaya.......
Anonymous: 3x+4(9-2x)/3 me lcm jb loge to 3x ×3 hojyega
jyotigrover: thank you so much.......

by substituting x=3 and y=1
2×3+3×1=9
6+3=9
9=9
by x=3 and y=-1
3×3+4×-1=5
9-4=5

2x+3y=9-------(1)    3x+4y=5---------(2)
from(1)
=>2x=9-3y
=>x=(9-3y)/2-----------(3)
from(2)
3x+4y=5
=>3[(9-3y)/2]+4y=5
=>[27-9y/2]+4y=5
=>(27-9y)/2=5-4y
=>27-9y=2(5-4y)
=>27-9y=10-8y
=>y=17
Ans:y=17.

dashingdhanshri: but it's not substitution method
