Hey!!

2x + 3y = 9--------(1)

4x + 6y = 8---------(2)

From eq'n (1) we get

2x + 3y = 9

=> 3y = 9 - 2x

=> y = 9 - 2x / 3 ------- ( 3 )

Substitute eq'n ( 3 ) in eq'n ( 2 ) we get

4x + 6y = 8

=> 4x + 6 ( 9 - 2x / 3 ) = 8

=> 12x + 54 - 12x = 24

=> x + 54 = 24

=> x = 24 - 54

=> x = - 30

From eq'n ( 3 ) we get

y = 9 - 2x / 3

=> y = 9 - 2 ( - 30 ) / 3

=> y = 9 + 60 / 3

=> y = 69 / 3

=> y = 23

Therefore the value of x = - 30 and the value y = 23

Hope it will helps you ✌

Answer:

2x+3y=9-------(1 )

4x+6y=8--------(2)

consider eqn(1)

3y=9-2x

y=(9-2x)/3

4x+6y=8

4x+6 (9-2)/3=8

12x+54-12x=24

x=24-54

×=-30

substitute x value to eqn2

y=9-2 (-30)/3

y=69/30

y=24

therefore the solutions are -30 and 23
