SOLUTION:

2x - 4 = 3 (5x - 2)

==> 2x - 4 = 3(5x) - 3(2)

==> 2x - 4 = 15x - 6

==> 15x - 2x = 6 - 4 [Grouping like terms]

==> 13x = 2

==> x = 2/13

∴ Value of X is 2/13
