2 (-2)^4 + 3 (-2)^3 + 2 K (-2 )^2 + 3 (-2) +6 =0
2 × 16 + 3 × (-8) + 4 k -6 +6 = 0
32 -24 +4k = 0
8 +4k = 0
4k = -8
k = -2

32 -24 +4k = 0
