Let p(x)=If 2 x^{4}-3 x^{3}+5 x^{2}-4x-3 and
g(x)=x-2
If p(x) is divided by g(x),
Then by remainder theorem,
Remainder=p(2) {since p(x)=0, p(x)=x-2 ⇒x=2}
                 =2(2)^{4}-3(2)^{3}+5(2)^{2}-4(2)-3
                 =2(16)-3(8)+5(4)-4(2)-3
                 =32-24+20-8-3
                 =52-35
                 =17
