(2x+5) (2x-1)

using the identity (x + a) (x + b) = x² + (a + b)x + ab

here our x = 2x, a = 5, b = -1

= (2x)² + (5 - 1) (2x) + 5 x (- 1)

= 4x² + 8x - 5
