Given :  (2x - 5 )(4x² + 10x + 25)

To find : Equivalent  option

Solution:

(2x - 5 )(4x² + 10x + 25)

method using

(a - b)(a² + ab + b²) = a³ - b³

= (2x - 5 )((2x)² + (2x)(5) + 5²)

a = 2x    b = 5

= (2x)³ - 5³

(2x - 5 )(4x² + 10x + 25)

= 2x (4x² + 10x + 25)  - 5(4x² + 10x + 25)

= 8x³  + 2x² + 50x  - 20x² - 50x  - 125

= 8x³  - 125

= (2x)³ - 5³

(2x - 5 )(4x² + 10x + 25)  = (2x)³ - 5³
