(2x-7)÷4=(x+3)÷3
 = (2x - 7) \times 3 = (x + 3) \times 4
 = 6x \times 21 = 4x + 12
 = 6x - 4x = 12 + 21
 = 2x = 33
 =  \frac{33}{2}
