Hey user here is your answer.....

---> To find - x & y

---> Given equation -

◆ 2x-7y=1--------(1)

◆4x+3y=15-------(2)

◆Equation 1×(2)

◆4x-14y=2------(3)

◆Equation 2 - 3

◆17y=13

◆y=13/17

Put in equation (1)

◆2x-7(13/17)=1

◆2x-91/17=1

◆TAKE LCM

◆34x-91/17=1

◆34x=17+91

◆34x=108

◆x=54/17

Hope it helps you☺️

Answer:

The correct answer to this question is x = -4

Step-by-step explanation:

Given - 2x - 7y = 1, 4x + 3y = 15

To Find - Solve the equation -

2x - 7y = 1

= 2x = 1 + 7y

x  = \frac{1 + 7y}{2}

Put the value of x in 4x + 3y = 15

4(\frac{1 + 7y}{2}) +3y = 15

2  + 14y + 3y = 15

=  17 y = 13

= y = 13/17

4x + 3 ( 13/17 ) = 15

4x = (-255 + 15)/17

4x = -240/17

x = -68/17

x = -4
