2 {x}^{2} - 7x + 3 = 0\\ = > 2( {x}^{2} - \frac{7x}{2} + \frac{3}{2} ) = 0\\ = > 2( {x}^{2} - 2( \frac{7}{4} )x + \frac{49}{16} ) + 3 - \frac{49}{8} = 0 \\ = > 2 ({x - \frac{7}{4} })^{2} = \frac{25}{8} \\ = > { (x - \frac{7}{4} })^{2} = ({ \frac{5}{4} })^{2} \\ = > (x - \frac{7}{4}) = | \frac{5}{4} | \\ = > x = \frac{7}{4} + \frac{5}{4 } \\ = > x = \frac{7}{4} - \frac{5}{4} \\ = > x = 3 \\ = > x = 1
Hope it helps
