Here,

The given quadratic equation is ;

2x(x + 3) = 2x(x - 5) + 5

Thus,

=> 2x(x + 3) = 2x(x - 5) + 5

=> 2x² + 6x = 2x² - 10x + 5

=> 6x = - 10x + 5

=> 6x + 10x = 5

=> 16x = 5

=> x = 5/16

Hence,

x = 5/16
