2x-y+13=x-2y+20

=> 2x-x-y+2y=20-13

=> x+y=7

=> y=7-x

again, 3y and 2x+6 are the opposite sides

then,

3y=2x+6

3(7-x)=2x+6

=> 21-3x=2x+6

=> 2x+3x=21-6

=> 5x=15

=> x=15/5

=> x=3

so, y=7-x=7-3=4

so,value of x=3

value of y=4

two sides are

2x-y+13=2.3-4+13=6-4+13=2+13=15

another two sides are 3y=3.4=12

so perimeter=2(15+12)unit=54unit
