Answer:

x = -1 ; y = 1

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that 2x - y + 3=0   ---------------(1)

                  3x - 7y + 10=0   -----------------(2)

from equation 1,

2x - y + 3 = 0

=> 2x + 3 = y   -----------------(3)

now substitute eq (3) in eq (2)

=> 3x - 7(2x + 3) + 10 = 0

=> 3x - 14x - 21 + 10 = 0

=> -11x - 11 = 0

=> x = -11/11

=> x = -1.

Now substitute x value in equation (1)

=> 2(-1) - y + 3 = 0

=> -2 - y + 3 = 0

=> 1 - y = 0

=> y = 1

2x - y = -3

y = 2x + 3 ------(1)

3x - 7y = -10

Putting value of y in above equation;

3x - 7( 2x + 3) = -10

3x - 14x - 21 = -10

-11x = -10 + 21

x = -1

Putting value of x in (1) equation;

y = 2(-1) + 3

y = -2 + 3

y = 1
