Given system of equations is,

2x-y+4=9

→2x-y=5............[1]

3x+2y=1................[2]

Multiplying [1] by 2,

4x-2y=10............[3]

Adding [2] and [3],

(3x+2y)+(4x-2y)=1+10

→7x=11

→x=11/7

Substituting x=11/7 in [1],

2(11/7)-y=5

→22/7-5=y

→y=(22-35)/7

→y= -13/7

Hence,(x,y)=(11/7,-13/7)

Step-by-step explanation:

2x-y+4=9. 3x+2y-1=0

= 2x-y=9-4. 3x+2y=0+1=1

2x-y=5. 3x+2(2x-5)=1

2x-5=y. 3x+4x-10=1

7x=1+10=11

x=11/ 7. y=2×11/7-5

y=22/7-5

y=22/7 - 35/7

y=(-13/7)
