x - 2y + 21 = 0

2x - y = 45

y  = 2x - 45

As, x - 2y = -21

x - 2(2x-45) = -21

x - 4x + 90 = -21

-3x = -111

x = 37

y = 2x - 45 = 2(37) - 45 = 29

2x-y-45 = 0 → (1)
x-2y+21=0 → (2)
frm (2)
x = 2y-21
substituting x in (1)
2(2y-21)-y-45 =0
4y-42-y-45 =0
3y-87=0
y=29
∴x = 2*29 -21
    = 37

Hope it helps..... :)
