x=2
p(x) = 2x²+3x²-4x+k=0
p(2)= 2(2)² +3(2)²-4(2)+k =0
8+12-8+k=0
k= -12.
x=2
p(x) = 2x²+3x²-4x+k=0
p(2)= 2(2)² +3(2)²-4(2)+k =0

that's what I too get. but the inquirer said answer is 2
but we both get same answer i think -12 is correct.
