a) 1 step :-Choose Check Spelling from the Edit menu.
Note –
Your Spelling Checker dialog box may look different than the one pictured in Figure 12–6. If so, go to Figure 12–7 and follow the instructions after that figure.
The Spell dialog box lists misspelled or unrecognized words.
The Check Spelling (Version 1) feature is only available for the English language.

2 step :-
Select the misspelled word in the Misspelled Word list that you want to find and press Return. Or, just double-click the word.
The next occurrence of the word is highlighted in your document.
3 step :-
type the correct word into the Change To field.
4 step:- Click Change to correct a single occurrence.
Or, click Change All to replace all occurrences.
5.step:- To find and change additional single occurrences, click Find and then Change.
6 step :-Click Close when you are done.
b)
1)step:-If you have not already exported the table or query , do so. In Access, in the Navigation Pane, select the table or query that you want to use, and on the External Data tab, in the Export group, click the format you want to export to, and then follow the instructions.
2)step:- In Word, if the Mail Merge pane is not displayed, on the Mailings tab, in the Start Mail Merge group, click the arrow under Start Mail Merge, and then click Step by Step Mail Merge Wizard. The Mail Merge pane appears.
In step 3 of the Mail Merge pane, under Use an existing list, click Browse or Edit recipient list.
4) step :- In the Select Data Source dialog box, specify the data file that you created in Access, and then click Open.
5)step:- Follow the instructions in any dialog boxes that follow. In the Mail Merge Recipients dialog box, review and customize the contents of the file. You can filter, sort, and validate the contents before you continue.
6):-Click OK, and then click Next: Write your letter in the Mail Merge pane. For more instructions on customizing your
