Answer:

heya mate ☺

 2x ^{2} - 40x + 200 = 0 \\ = > 2(x ^{2} - 20x + 100) = 0 \\ = > x ^{2} - 20x + 100 = 0 \\ = > x ^{2} - (10 + 10)x + 100 = 0 \\ = > x ^{2} - 10x - 10x + 100 = 0 \\ = > x (x - 10) - 10(x - 10) = 0 \\ = > (x - 10)(x - 10) = 0

so \: x - 10 = 0 \\ x = 10

Solution :

2 {x}^{2} - 40x + 200 = 0 \\ \\ = > 2 {x}^{2} - (20 + 20)x + 200 = 0 \\ \\ = > 2 {x}^{2} - 20x - 20x + 200 = 0 \\ \\ = > 2x(x - 10) - 20(x - 10) = 0 \\ \\ = > (x - 10)(2x - 20) = 0 \\ \\

(x - 10) = 0 \\ \\ = > x = 10

(2x - 20) = 0 \\ \\ = > 2x = 20 \\ \\ = > x = 20 \div 2 = 10

Thanks :)
