3÷0=infinity. If we bring the 0 from LHS to RHS, the equation changes to 3=0*infinity. So does this mean that 0 *infinity is equal to 3. It need not be 3,it can any number 'n'? Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong? Why is the wonderful world of math not following the rules here?

3 by 0 is not defined not infinity

Actually, and number except 0 divided by zero is NOT defined. It's value can be said as Infinity. Infinity is also not defined till now.
