Area from 0 to 4 will be

½ x 4 x 10 = 20

Area from 4 to 8 will be

½ x (8-4)  x10 =20

Area from 8 to 12 will be

½ x (12-8) x 10 =20

Show the total area would be sum of the three 20 + 20 + 20=60
